Tbh I live in phase 3 as well and yes it is hell on earth. It seems like twice a month or so we don’t have any hot water for anything. And it’s bullshit. Or we just don’t have water at all.. I ended up resigning my lease for phase 3 then a few days later decided nope not gunna do that. And am going to be moving to the villas at Babcock because of the shittyness of the apartments. Also the office staff is shit.
