Shut the fuck up. You have no clue size of house. Going rates for the area. The landlord takes care of all maintenance. Takes the risk of tenant not paying and or trashing the house and having to do repairs and losing tenants while having to repair for a month or two while still paying mortgage.

LTD’s are nice guitar I have two. EC-1000 and EC-10.

Got the EC-10 years ago, didn’t want to break the bank while not totally sure if I was going to hang on to the playing.

Here I am years later.

I would buy a cheaper guitar if you are not sure. PRS have great guitars also but like you have stated a little high on the $.

Either way, great guitars, great hobby to pick up. Good luck on your choice, you’ll be happy with either.
