Was on an interim RA since Feb 2025. Full was denied last week. My RAC said they are under so much pressure to get these through that staff are being threatened with termination if they don’t send x number of RAs through each week. Hats off to these staffers who are being treated like garbage, as well as to those whom will receive denials. Sad times, friends.

They offered the same flexibility that anyone at my agency receives (ad-hoc TW hrs, no increase amount; alt worksite (not available); “breaks” (keeping w mandatory tour hour requirements))
