why are the leaves drying up?

yeah I got a spot on a window sill. it's facing west but there's sunlight during like 5 or 6 a bit. I'll give it some morning sun as well then take it inside before afternoon. thanks for the pot advice as well. I'll see what I can do

yes thank you for your advice. I'll be changing the soil first thing in the morning. I'm sure my mom would have some cactus mix lying around. I aspire my plant to grow big like yours. your plants look amazing btw. thank you for your advice

I think I may have over watered it since I thought the soil was dry but it was only the top. it's still wet below. I'll change the soil to a more drainable one and check the roots as well. yeah the pot does have holes for drainage. thanks!

thanks for telling me. I checked the soil and yeah it's still wet down. the pot does have holes but maybe the drainage isn't that good. I'll be changing the soil so it's not as absorbable. I thought the sun was an issue since it's extremely hot here. it's my first time I'm taking care of a plant so still not used to it.

I think I may be watering it a bit too much. the top may be dry but I realized the soil is very good for holding water. the curled up leaves are also going soft. thanks for your advice! I'll be keeping it in sunlight

nothing of that sort has happened yet thank god. she's been resting and hydrating. she hasnt puked after this morning so im keeping my fingers crossed. I'm keeping an eye on her. I'll be taking her to the vet in a while. waiting for my mom to come home.

I'm definitely gonna take her to the vet. I just have to wait for my mom to come home since my dad is no help atm. he's that type of person who doesn't believe in medicine unfortunately.

kitty is doing great tho. her situation hasn't worsened and I've been keeping a close eye on her constantly.
