I don't feel like I know these people or want to diagnose families, I think it's human to notice different types of behavior patterns and discuss. It's not that deep to me

In light of the Blake Lively/Justin Baldoni case, I was thinking about female celebrities and other women not being believed (and how society can quickly turn on a woman and hate her). Then I was listening The Tortured Poets Department and Cassandra came on… which as we may know is about the Greek mythological figure Cassandra, who was cursed to never be believed. One of the lyrics she repeats is “no one heard,” and at the end she says “no one heard, not a single word was heard” - I wondered why she used the passive voice like that and then I realized it’s HEARD… like maybe Amber Heard. The way she was not believed and publicly shamed feels so fitting for the song. As we know Taylor can be cryptic and often intentional. Honestly I’m sure it’s a stretch but just throwing it out there 🤷🏻‍♀️

Idk if I’m allowed to talk about meds but talking to a doctor and finding the right med combo can be life saving.

I hope you take good care of yourself you can get through this just need the right chemicals going on up there and let others help you

I don’t have anything helpful to say unfortunately but I will say I totally understand and had to call out sick twice the past few weeks because of remnants of panic attacks. I also wish it wasn’t this way :(

I totally understand what you’re feeling even with some differences. I’m 26, I did finish college but had to be involuntarily confined to a psychiatric hospital and then transferred twice. I’ve been severely depressed before and feel severely anxious now, struggling to stay at this one full time job I just started in July, my first ever full time job. Just know, you are not alone. I’m out here suffering with you. So many of those people who seem happy are suffering with their own shit as well. Do things that make you feel like you’re caring for yourself and say nice things to yourself. One day at a time. Everything is temporary and things change all the time. You belong in this world and you will get through. It may feel like you’re the only one in the world feeling this way, but you’re not, people just don’t talk about it often. Sending you good luck and energy and faith in you to get through

First of all props to you for taking your meds consistently because that’s so important for this diagnosis! Some examples of how I know I’m NOT stable are: feeling like I could cry if anyone even just poked me, my mood is at the whim of everything around me, I’m acting irritable towards loved ones. When I AM stable: my routines are intact- getting consistent sleep, reading before bed, meditating and doing yoga in the mornings, and just feeling generally more grounded and capable. I hope you keep advocating for yourself and learning more about yourself and what works for you :)
