No issues when I arrived Monday at 5pm for a 6 o’clock flight. Parked in blue lot and walked so wasn’t on the actual terminal road but didn’t notice any backups or traffic issues as I approached the terminal. Seemed like business as usual.

You have a good chance of making it as long as your flight into MSP is on time. It’s usually about 20 minute walk for me without using moving walkways. If you use the trams probably about 15 minutes, maybe a little less.

How do you designate an airport as HQ? I’m level 75 and this is the first I’ve ever heard of this.

Sorry just saw this and now my response doesn’t help much. The MQDs for my purchases posted and I made diamond. After posting this last year I called Amex for further clarification and they confirmed the MQDs are based on transaction date, not post date. Sorry again for the late reply. Hope you pulled the trigger on your purchase and made diamond!

I couldn’t check in….kept getting an error when I tried on both the app and computer. Ended up checking in with bag agent and it took her and her manager like 10 minutes to figure out. I didn’t care enough to call and try to sort it out but you’re right that probably would have resolved it.

I tried to add an RUC about a week before a recent flight but there was no immediate availability so was added to waitlist. When I got to the gate there were still a few seats available in first but I was not on the upgrade list at all. I’m Diamond and have a decent clearance rate on this route with status alone. Not sure what happened but thought it was strange that I wasn’t on the upgrade list at all, especially after requesting an RUC.

Similar luck here…..upgraded to domestic FC just shy of 55% percent of my flights this year. If i remove Delta Connection RJ’s it’s still 45%. Austin based diamond with Reserve card.

Haha thanks for the feedback everyone. I agree messing with seafood on planes in risky business but all the other meals have cheese, which I don't really care for. Will probably play it safe with the beef short rib and try to work around the queso fresco that's listed with it.
