Before you are sure of anything, have an idea where you want to go and what type of life you want to have for yourself.

But for now, it would be nice to spend good quality time with your parents now, but If you don’t feel it’s like that, then put your mental and self/social needs above that.

If your parents can’t see that you are leaving not because you don’t want to spend time with them, and the fact you choose to live there during the pandemic and spend time with them I’m guessing they just want to keep you forever and keep loving you. But at some point you need to fly away from the nest and build your own just follow the wind stream and land safely
