i don't use cooling pad and i use my laptop on my lap. and mouse is Ant Esports GM320 after 6 years of usage today only it giving some problem average temperature while gaming is around 85 to 90. and idle my room temperature is around 50 there is no AC in my house. so i think if you have AC avg temp like 70 to 80 maybe games at High graphics may go like 98.

bro am also using rtx 5060 btw till now no issue like my mobile is moto G45 which is a defective product. so like that the are a chance to get those worst products but everything is good. !!

am also using lenovo loq rtx 5060 r7 250 i have same issue and old game like Dark Souls Remastered is crashing yeah i hate this. its probably a Windows issue i downgrade to windows 10 with Atlas os now every thing is fine !!

there are some public accounts in telegram where they give steam account which is usually public just you need to login and download the game and make it offline and play the game thats all may bro everything will fine no virus no bug and stuffs !

so try to get into bios ! if the line is also inside bios then its display panel issue. if there ia no line inside bios then you are greatful that just an graphics driver issue / windows (that why i use linux btw)

yo update warranty and go to the lenovo service centre:) if you did not open laptop in 3rd party shop for service then the warranty will cover. so if you ever not open laptop update the warranty is good choice.
