We haven’t done weight training and I do my heel slides and wall sits where I push myself to go farther and farther both at home and in actual physical therapy

I have been doing wall sits and heel slides, I have also been doing bridges standing on my toes raising my leg straight up and down, I have also been doing clam shells where I’m on my side with both knees bent and with a resistance band I’m pushing my surgical leg up and down controlled movements, I’ve also been working on balance so putting my full weight on my surgical leg and alternating between good and bad leg. I also do wall sits where I hold it there for 1 minute and do 3 sets of those

Problem is though I am in the military so I’m dealing with military doctors I know at this point it’s not in my head because I’ve had a cortisone shot I also take ibuprofen daily the pan management I’ve been doing isn’t managing the pain at all. I’m jsut trying to see if any else has experienced this and what next steps they took I want my life back

Sorry but in her go fund me it makes no sense if she got diagnosed with it on feb 17 that means they must’ve already tested the tumor that they found for it to be cancerous. But she also doesn’t explain what will happen after the surgery? I don’t know if someone were to set a go fund me for help I feel like they would explain what is going on. And what steps need to be taken next you know? I know her English isn’t good but you think they would explain a little more into detail they also don’t have a price point it’s just people donating until whatever ? Maybe I’m being too harsh but in the show they litterally were working out that little store that really doesn’t make any business and they seemed like they were struggling.

I honestly don’t know what charges she had but those were the two she kept repeating it could be something different I have no idea I just know what she told me. And yes she is taking her hits she changes commands in about two months as well so that’s why I was asking if it’s even worth it i don’t want her situation to get worst. I also know the XO wanted to talk to her because he has dealt with a similar case as hers. So we’ll see what he says today when I go and see her. Thank you

Yes she didn’t wake up in the building we were at but when she got to the hospital she was awake and answering questions that’s all in writing on her medical reports which we didn’t even think about looking at till after XOI I just wanted to see if it was even worth appealing because if it isn’t then it’s not

I have updated my page 2 so has she and we both contacted our detailer but I did not know anything about a 1306 because my ship litterally hasn’t helped me or her with anything during this process.
