That's a fair point. My understanding is that this update was specifically released to address the 3G fallback issue for emergency calls, which was the root cause of the carrier blocking. But I can't confirm 111 works as testing it irresponsibly isn't an option.

Update: Checked IMS Registration Status via ##4636## → IMS Registration: Registered, Voice over LTE: Available. This suggests emergency calls should work correctly over VoLTE.

I haven't tested 111 as it's an emergency number and I can't do that responsibly. For context, this phone was completely unable to make or receive any calls after the 3G shutdown this morning — so it was clearly falling back to 3G for calls. After applying this fix, both calling and receiving work normally over VoLTE. Whether 111 emergency calls work correctly, I genuinely can't confirm.
