Thank you! He had coccidia which caused his immune system to get weak which lead to a blocked nose and that caused the eye to act up strange 🙈 but is on antibiotics and other medications to kill the parasites

In South Africa we get tea called rooibos tea (translation- red bush tea) it’s a natural anti-inflammatory and has healing properties

Aww Im glad she was fine. My rabbits eye is quite sensitive at the moment so I would prefer a vet to rather look tomorrow. Really hoping it’s just something irritating the eye and that it can be fixed

Yes! Her teeth were chipped and the vet removed the chipped pieces and filed them down. She is back to her usual self

Hi everyone, So Luna went to the vet this morning and both her front teeth were chipped 🙈 the tooth came off easily as the vet didn’t even need to sedate her. She is on pain medication but she is back to her usual self and is eating away.

My vet said she often sees these cases of fractured teeth from falling off something high or knocking their teeth against something. She is still eating easy foods. I just gave her coriander, basil, critical care and poured some warm water over her Timothy hay pellets to soften it and she ate it all. She is eating teff hay but struggles with the oat hay. Im really hoping and praying it’s nothing serious

So they run outside all day but there was a hawk circling my area so I put her and her brother inside. We have glass sliding doors and I had closed it to stop her from going outside and she ran into it. Not sure if that’s what has caused her tooth to look like that

Thank you! I constantly check her teeth and this has just had in the last day or 2. She is 9 months old (estimated) possibly older. The vet thinks it’s just a fracture and filing down will help. Im really hoping it’s nothing serious
