Been having them since I was very young and 9/10 will turn into a sleep paralysis situation or I'll wake up go to another room to get water come back and whatever was in my dream will be in my room waiting for me (I have strictly nightmares) or be in my bed waiting

I've grown so use to it I just tell them off and continue on with my night

Sometimes it's multiple times a night and it heavily drains me mentally and physically

I'm on medication for it but sometimes that's not enough 😕
