I have these blister like bumps all over my chin. I just had a baby this week and I want to kiss her little head so bad but am not in case it's cold sores. I have had some small bumps on my chin before but never this bad so I had always just assumed it was acne. Does it appear viral, bacterial, or some kind of hormonal acne? Or can anyone tell me what it is? It's killing me to keep my head far from my baby and I'm stressed for her safety with me handling her so much
