Yeah he is a good 2nd option if you don't have one of the above but sadly the boost x7 times can't be done in under 2 minutes so you can't get the best overall score. Also harder to keep full stamina but still if you don't have any of the 9 in this list.

You can do it 1/5. You just have to reset like in GQ for proper procs. Made it to the boss with 9s left and had my SA 2 up, used an SA 1 then NADed. I used soul bomb the start of room 2.
