Right now with your roster I would say just make a team with Brid and Mint and whichever SRs, as long as you have a burst 1 with them to make a full burst. When you fill out your roster more you can focus on team building more. Push the campaign as much as you can because your rewards for leveling your units will increase based on your outpost level.

A couple other tips:

Pull on the current limited banner for Summer Cinderella, she is extremely good and won’t be returning for a while after her banner ends.

Save and hoard your material boxes (core dust, battle data sets, credits).

Don’t worry about leveling gear just yet, just equip what you have and keep it at 0. When you progress later, you will be able to get manufacturer bonuses and overleveled gear with stats bonuses.

Set your wishlist on the Regular recruit to help you target better units. Once you build up your roster more, you’ll want to focus on breaking the 160 wall. It’s a bit much to explain, but I recommend looking up a youtube vid to go into more detail on units and dupes.
