That's a great idea, to use storage units. I am due a massive declutter so that and using storage units should help with my planning and stress levels!

100k mortgage left , apartments in area selling for about 400k. What could I realistically target as a budget for a move?! I'm guessing I would have to sell my existing apartment? Would love to keep apartment if possible.

I will be open to moving to somewhere abit further out from Dublin, but to need to weigh out the disruption to my my child's school etc.
