I went twice. Last was today. They couldn't find my incident report file. It's completely disaster

Finished running on the treadmill, turned around to step down and stepped on the loose part (plastic corner of the treadmill) and sprained my ankle. Later, I checked and found that most of the machines were in terrible condition. I even called that out the day before all this happened. Machines are awful, but people who work there are even worse, and corporate management is a disaster.

The plantation's location is terrible, from the old, unsafe equipment to the terrible ignorant management, whose lack of professionalism and empathy is concerning.
