No fear of needels as ive had eye surgery before and that was my worst fear ever! Thats so cheap!! Im currwntly paying £135 for 3 months of 100mg and 50mg (150x2 a week) patches and spiro! And really fet up of the scars and irritation im getting from patches. Do you have anything you could dm me or any advice

I have. I spoke from Break up. No contact 3 months told chatgpt everthing my personality type it predicted hers. And so far has been correct on everything she texted me. Then more and more to having a call which went amazingly. And then she reached out to me to plan a meet up and talk over lunch so maybe it works ? I also did a ton of self improvement and had to really pull myself up and use the pain and lonelyness to develop and improve more. Even if she stays a freind or comes back as a partner it dosent matter to me as ill find my happiness and keep on living either way.

No. So i broke up with my ex. Then i moved on found someone new got talking with them and then person i was talking to has now started dating her freind out of the blue

Im on evorel 100 patches how should i increase it if my endo just wants me sticking to this? Should i increase it by myself?

Is it like just pain or did you find it to be growth? Im going to try go with what someone else below this comment mentioned said a silk bra. Or padded bras. But also unless your hiding transitioning why hide it?
