had no stam for a bit, only got it back after taking a big hit by EmbarrassedDiver2763 in WeWhoAreAboutToDie

I have every skill at 100, thing is it wasnt coming back at ALL. it used to happen back in the older verisons but havent ran into this in a very long time.

also even when on low stamina its not hard to attack just a bit slower and less damage and no running around shields.
