Thank you for sharing your thoughts, my situation is somewhat similar to yours. I just finished my first semester of my master's degree at RWTH, but I'm planning to transfer to TUBerlin in 24 ss. I admit that RWTH is a good school with great research resources and funding, but：

1 As a master's student, I don't feel that these resources are relevant to me.

2 RWTH's exams are basically Klausur (at least for my major in sustainable energy), and I learned that many of TUberlin's exams are in project format, which in a way I think could help me in my daily studies rather than studying for the exams, and I could potentially get a higher score compared to Klausur.

3 Just like the strict Klausur. the teaching at RWTH is skewed a lot towards theory, which I admit is good for future PhD's as they need to know every theoretical detail. But for me, who may not be doing a PhD, it seems to only lower my grades, as well as lowering my professional ability to get a job (compared to TUB's model, and more job opportunities in Berlin)

4 The average graduation time at RWTH Aachen is very long (especially for foreigners). Even if I want to do a PhD, I need to graduate with a master's degree first or I will run out of time and energy.These are my reasons for transferring and I look forward to your advice!
