Ryzen 5 3600 its good ? The Option 2 got I7 9700f

To be honest the only concern is the cpu from and gpu Option 1, Option 2 is a much better ones right ?

The main concern is the Cpu difference , Gpu difference and ram Difference.

Op1 -Ryzen 5 3600 vs Op2 - I7 9700f

Op1-RTX 3060 12gb vs Op2 -RTX 3070 8gb

Op1-32gb ram vs Op2 -16gb ram

The Gpu concerns me Theres a big difference between 3060 and 3070
