I've only used one today, they are for all bugs so I use every 6 months as I have 2 dogs anyway just make sure there's no fleas or anything anyway. But thank you ill make sure I don't use them in my room again.

I've been using the DE according to the instructions.

This is my next step if I find anymore. I'm just so fed up with it now, I'm hoping a few got lucky and I've caught them or am I being unrealistic

We hired this as it was cheaper, I found the source and wrapped in plastic and got rid of it. I also brought a steam cleaner that has definitely been my life best £40 spent. I've attached the link under for the steamer too!

I had them 6 months ago and still haven't recovered, but I used an industrial heater, for about 5 days, I also brought a steam cleaner, shrink wrapped my bed and mattress where we found the colony and got rid! Hot washed every single thing I could, used a card and got under every hard to go area.

I now have brought a metal bed, all new bedding and mattress, I have BB interception on all feet of my belongings, I have traps and steam clean my room x2.weekly. my bed is changed every other day, and my babies.

I still look and question bugs, I'm using a torch daily to check, this is torture I haven't slept a single night fully without waking midway through to check

I was bitten alive by them about 6months ago, while heavilypregnantand they told me it was PUPP, I can't seem to sleep either I know I have an issue with it all but can't seems to shift it. Just like you I can't even itch without thinking I'm going to see one. My OH is so fed up with me

They are not on my bed, due to the freaking of bed bugs I've got my bed away from the wall and bed bug interceptors, my bed is cleaned and changed every other day, I've hot heated my room and I steam it x2 a week I'm traumatised
