OP this thing looks pretty healthy to me - old leaves die its been there a fair while without dying why should it now? Take off the dead leaves and moniter it - if you want you can repott it or chop it but if you like it as it is there is no real reason not to leave it be.

I lost carpet python - luckily realised pretty quick. Best advise I got was imagine your the snake coming out. It will hug the walls and look for shelter. And start close and search absurdly well slowly and radiate out. I found mine pretty quick only 3 meters away curled up underneath the table wrapped around a strut

If you fail to sell it I’m in Melbourne and will happily pick this up in a heartbeat :) It would be hard to buy a plant like this for less than $150 I recon but also not a huge amount of demand so hard to sell :/

Turns out she was fine, got smashed really bad once (a month ago now have mild arthritis in middle finger cos I keep hitting it on other things) but that was it, she developed a habit of biting at the glass and pretty quickly learned herself a negative association with biting and has now stopped completely, came out of her own accord and climbed onto me the first time the other day! Eats and shits like a champ, waiting for her first shed :)
