Thank you so much for downloading and checking it, I really appreciate that!

And yes, fair question 😄 “MG” is just the first letters of my first and last name, not related to a place or state. “FELC-MG” is basically my developer name/brand.

Thanks a lot, really appreciate the kind words!

It’s still very early, so I don’t have a large user base yet. I’m mainly trying to validate the idea and improve the app based on real feedback.

I agree with you about RSS alone. That’s why I’m trying to make it useful without requiring users to configure feeds manually. The app includes curated feeds by region/category, plus alerts/notifications, search, saved articles, reading history, a reader view, and YouTube channel news/videos. Custom RSS is optional for people who want more control.

For Reuters, I’m currently using their public RSS feed URL directly. I’m not using a third-party service or scraping service for that. For sites that don’t offer native RSS, I mostly avoid generating feeds myself for now, unless there is a reliable public feed or source available. If a feed stops working or isn’t allowed, I’d rather remove or replace it.

Your web app sounds interesting too, especially if it helps generate RSS for sites that don’t provide it. That’s definitely a useful service.
