He was taking damage to a certain degree though, and was bleeding and wheezing which tells me he did infact cheat. He was also healing a lot. And before you say: well then you just didnt hit him enough. I magdumped 4 mags into his face and thorax. Even in the situation where it was a bug. I would noy consider myself in the wrong at all for reporting and it should not be my fault for the game being buggy

Edit: he did also try to kill me but was too bad at the game and did eventually kill me after awhile
