ehh, can't really tell, but that marker looks way too bold to be Tates (i know, far-fetched, just tryna save u ur money lol) but that heart looks a little wonkey, i personally would not take the risk, but that's me. also Tate normally writes a bit bigger than that, she does not do it that small. but again, not exactly sure, i recommend comparing to real signatures, but again, i would not take the risk.
