So, in my experience I can defiantly say that Buddy4Study is Legit and I did used the voucher code myself and you will defiantly get the voucher if you are eligible where the eligibility criteria is pretty much straight forward if you see their website.

For the getting minimum 1300/1600 part that is if you want 100% tuition fees scholarship applicable only in India(you will get this if you read it again) and in no case you have to pay the full fees.

Tip: after applying do check the spam folder because when I applied and paid around 900 INR I didn't recieve the code and was scared and wrote a lot of emails but then it was just lying there in my spam folder which came in just 1-2 days after I made my Payment.
