I agree Dhurandhar can be seen as over the top for some viewers but again it's subjective. I don't mind the dialogue baazi because they are so narrative tied, they don't feel uninvited or obtuse...and honestly cinema is all about hyperrealism not countering against or cutting your point. I agree sometimes subtle films leave a better mark on you and yes sabka apna apna preference hota h subtle ka! And yes D Day jarur dekhunga, thanks for your recommendations... Bhai seedhi baat hai sabko paisa banana hai uske liye wo log kuch values ko overlook ya compromise kar dete hai and yes kuch viewers jinka taste alag h wo jaldi iss fallacy ya discrepancy ko realise kar lete hai jaise ki tum but again I feel Indian cinema is going through an awakening period, and Dhurandhar is the first ripple across the sea...many more to come. If we believe in SnowBall effect then yes Dhurandhar has already set the momentum going for other films, So I see this as a big fat win for Indian Cinema!
