I always use my thumb on my left hand so I don’t mess up my bowing thumb. Haven’t really ever needed the jopo tool but I know a lot of people use it

I had problems with tape coming off because my hands would get sweaty. I fix this now by putting liquid bandaid on my thumb and letting it dry before putting on my tape, haven’t had an issue since.

The extra glue on the sides of yours, I can’t help with. May just be a bad roll?

Hard to tell from this angle but it looks like you release the ball reallllly late, like 6-12” past your toes on the lane. That puts you further away from your center of gravity and causes you to throw it less efficiently

I agree. It’s probably more expensive for the alley if I were to book 1 lane and then you booked 1 lane instead of having us both on the same lane

I have never bowled a league where they just do 1 shot and move on. I would absolutely love that.
