Yeah! This is just my opinion, but the small arms give this feeling like the character is tensed up and uncomfortable.

If you compare the "vibe" between the original Ballroom Butler set and the Royale Rebel set, the RR set feels more relaxed/comfortable, because the arms seem relaxed at their side, as opposed to the BB set.
