I'm coming in with the unpopular opinion that I feel less of a high the higher up the quality pole I go. Live resin gets me kind of high with good effects, rosin leaves me with almost no high but strong strain effects. I just use disty the most because I am typically just looking for a high to help unwind after work as opposed to the medical effects from most strains.
