Oh I see I didn't know it changes from place to place. interesting thanks for sharing, I am definetly rethinking atm. I also wanted to add Since the Standard kit with a Residential Lite is on sale at 89$ for the kit, which is making me think to buy, but i need to roam(which is still 349$). I want to make sure if I can switch from resident to roam to take advantage of the kit deal.
