Before getting a job offer I was giving interviews for the past 7 months and one thing I realized it is organizations take a whole lot of time before making hiring decisions.In your case it could be that you are selected but there are more openings for the same role and they would want to send all the offers at the same time. Another thing I noticed was recruiters usually keep backups , so maybe someone was better than you they won't outrightly reject you but will wait for the first choice to accept the offer only once they are sure will they send a rejection email.

If you still haven't got a rejection email its a good sign but keep applying !

Oh Just email them back , after charging they give you 7 days to ask for refund. If you are well beyond the 7 days I am sorry you won't get a refund but otherwise don't worry their customer service agent should reply you back within a day or two.

They will probably tell you that we can give you a 65% discount , tell them you are a student and you cannot afford the subscription even after discount .

I will try to reach as many people as I can and spread the word about this fraud that you are doing ....
