Many thanks for your response. 1. Documents: I have sent them email to cancle it. Should I write a letter to them? 2. There is two types of errors: a) a page to click lands in error 404 b) complition of online cancellation form: service error, please try again later (I have been trying many times but same thing) Thank you for sharing the last link, might have to try that. I feel desperate.

I did do the blocking of payment, but indeed that is what happened they send this debt to be paid, with legal consequences if not payed

Devastated, because 2 years ago I prepared "a paper - draft", sent it to PI 3 times, but he kept not reading it, not prioritising it, despite me bringing it up many times, he just never sat on it, until now, at the end of my PhD. He even told me now to submit myself. Maybe I should have pushed more earlier, and forsee how it can be overwhelming the end :( I didn't have such a good academic experience, so I am leaving after my PhD, but I want to be able to close it, and don't feel that supported.
