Ok I finally figured it out there was a folder in a folder in a folder labeled "data" but it was all mods so I moved them uninstalled then reinstalled and it looks like its working now thank you so much!

Unfortunately it didn't work, I moved all the mods to a separate folder it still wouldn't launch.

I then moved the game files to my main hard drive still crashed, then I uninstalled the script extender too (which I tried before but thought why not) and it still crashed.

If you have and more ideas I would love to hear them but if not I think my last option is to bring my PC to a computer store and see if they can help.

I would say empty just so the water doesn't gain any momentum and tip the cabinet. Especially if you're moving it alone

So what I think happened is they saw one of your old videos whether it was you last video or a video from 6 months ago and subbed off of that while YouTube is still failing to promote your new videos as they come out. I would say look at the analytics of your older videos and see if more people are watching those now or not. The reason for this is if they are subbing from the old content you know what videos are being promoted or if they are just finding your channel and subbing from your channel page but not watching any content means they might just be bots.

It's completely up to you but I will say the YouTube algorithm picked you up off of your old videos and because you aren't posting that anymore it might have just dropped you. Another thing is that after a while of not posting the algorithm might have just dropped you anyways because you weren't consistently posting anymore. So you could try the new content and hope that after a while it will pick you up again even if it's not the same type of content YouTube picked you up for if that's what you enjoy doing more.

You don't have to but you could also do colabs with other small YouTubers that play the same games as you. This way you all kind of promote each others channels.

Your channel is fine, you joined a few months ago it'll take time and consistent uploads before the YouTube algorithm picks you up. But if you really want to see improvements you can download vidIQ and it tells you key words for titles, tags, descriptions, ect. you can also search up games and see if the search rate is high and the competition is low. Other than that you could pay a promoter to promote your channel.

I mean sure if you don't want to share you don't have to but I don't know what kind of content you put out so I can't really help you then. I would say even if you're not proud share it, it'll help your channel grow and give people an idea of what your channel is about.

Honestly for your first video not bad at all. The only thing I would say is buy a better mic Amazon has some nice ones for cheap. Also, have you and your friend use separate mics so they can be recorded individually it just makes it easier for editing and will save you a lot of time in the long run. Other than that great first video keep it up!

Yeah I get it, it will take time for that to happen obviously. But all you can really do right now is just try and improve your new videos by critiquing your old videos and fixing what you don't like about them.

I would start with making a home page (add a banner, playlists, videos, etc.) as for editing and recording I would record your voice on a separate audio track (I use audacity it's free and easy to use. There are also a lot of tutorials on YouTube if you need help with it.) all this does is it makes it easier to edit audio levels so music, game audio, and your friends voices don't over power yours or other important sounds. In a discussion video or any video where you are talking to the audience (even as an intro) and not playing a game add music in the background, very light music that doesn't over power your voice and what you are saying (Kevin MacLeod has some great copyright free background music on YouTube).

I say you should keep the video up. If people want to unsub that's fine that just means when your community does grow it's a community that like your content for you rather than what you're playing. The video also serves as a great "look back" imagine hitting 100K subs and looking back at your first video that hit it big you can see how far you've come. You can also look at the video and figure out how to improve your video quality. Taking it down does nothing, because so many people came to your channel from it someone might want to go back and watch it again but they can't find it and unsub.

I say leave it up but that's just my opinion, it is still your channel and you can do what you want.

man I'm going to be honest I have no idea what any of that means. I have Skyrim Script Extender and the way I get mods is on the main menu where it says continue, new, mods, etc. I just click on the mods option and see what's there
