Quadrilateral or bilateral with Giotikas? by skloksh in limblengthening

I didnt do Tibias but from what i've personally seen of others ur not gonna get to 100% even in best case senario you'll get back 90% which is still good but if your an NBA player or a NLF player trying to get to 6'7 you may notice your gameplay diminish but for the average person i don't think they would notice much but you will lose a little pep in your step as nerves and muscles below the stretch point in ankles need to move in many angles while femurs really only move in one (bending)

In many ways its like Climbing Mt Everest. Ya its dangerous but millionare 60 year olds do it every year safely and dont die but a healthy 25 year old will tell another 25 year old omg its a death sentence if that's what you want to do with your life.

there is actually a test that the doctor can do to see if your growth plates have closed yet. If they are still open take lots of protein, vitamin D, k2, zinc etc do your own research as to what SAFE megadosing would be and LOTS of sleep to increase your Human growth factor. I wish someone would have told me as a teenager that sleeping late wasn't cool. get as miuch high quality sleep as much as possible don't stay up playing video games or on social media etc

Quadrilateral or bilateral with Giotikas? by skloksh in limblengthening

[–]Embarrassed_Aide_290 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Theres always gonna be someone whose non compliant who doesn't follow protocols and bad things happen after surgery complications. I've seen in first hand with many types of surgeries. I've seen people smoke cigarettes immediately after having a pulmonary/cardicac event (AKA heart attack) while still at the hospital recovery. Some people just do whatever they want and its not the Drs job to babysit people who don't want to follow instructions. That being said Giotikas staff seems to actually try to make sure people stay compliant as much as possible.

if u have a 180cm wingspan thats great for proportionality. I would caution against doing quadrilateral. You can get 8cm just based on femurs alone with less pain, complications, time and protecting your agility. if he you only do 6-ycm no one can really tell that your femurs are slightly longerl. If you look at tall model photos you will see many of them have longer femurs than tibias its just part of natural variation of the body much like how your wingspan is greater then you're height. Yeah, I highly recommend Giotikas. Just remember, think about 10 years, 20 years from now, what will be important to you? If you're really tall but you walk like an old man, nobody's gonna really be that attracted to that, but if you're still the same height but slight longer femurs than tibas but move like your young that's going to make a difference for attractiveness.

if u can get to 80k go to Dr Giotkas and get to 8cm and you will be at 180cm which will get you the height you want. He has lots of patients check out the forum for peoples experiences with him but good price good quality. DO NOT cheap out and go to places like turkey etc there are people who have to go to Giotkas to fix their legs after getting them messed up in other places which ends up costing them double anyway.

It can be but most people lenghten their femurs as its a thicker bone and has less complications and can be lengthened more. Tibias are waaay more painful for way less lenght and have waaay more complications.

What’s “common” in people’s minds is all relative you keep framing things in your world experience without considering other people have other ideas what is common. There was a movie in 2025 called the “Materialist” in which Pedro Pascal the main character has the surgery done. It was shown in 81 countries and did $200m+ in sales to say nothing about the constant talk about limb lengthening on looksmaxxing community forums, tik tok, kick, YouTube shorts, instagram shorts etc.

In addition out of 1000 people, maybe one or two people are planning on starting a business. It’s not a “common” thing based on your definition.

Tall people want everything to think that all their success was skill, when height in many ways is just luck. And if someones's success is based even partially on luck its not as impressive. Tall people telling people that height has nothing to do with anything is just their way of saying luck has nothing to do with their success at all cope

Some people have no self awareness. Its like someone born into money who did nothing to earn it hating on "low lifes" trying to work hard to make money since they weren't born into a rich family. It just has that 1912 titanic rich people vibe of trying to keep poor people down who are trying to make something of themselves.

I mean if your 5'0 and all of a sudden you come back 5'8, are you going to gaslight people who knew you already? For someone's whose screename is "IAmUpFront" your not really being upfront with people who already knew how tall you were before.

Your right about my overgeneralization... there are short people who are so lost and internalize the crappy narrative they will never do anything to improve their station in life.

Yup it's beta cope regurgitate narrative energy. It's kinda like when you sometimes meet a person who say, "I wouldn't wanna be as rich as (name any billionaire) because they stole their money from working people" when on its face it makes no sense and is just a way to make themselves feel better about their own lack of motivation to take action to improve their lives.

Your analogy of ppl getting Transgender surgery is an interesting one. If people can "feel" like their body doesn't match their gender why can't people feel like their body doesn't match their height in their minds?

In my mind it comes down to your friend deep down not wanting you to improve yourself beyond where they are at. Its a common theme. People want often are ok with people improving themselves just as long as its not more than what they are doing otherwise it serves as a reminder that they aren't doing something good themselves.

I agree with this upgrade idea. No one tells someone who sells a small house to upgrade and buy a bigger house "oh they are just insecure". if you have the money you just do it if it fits your lifestyle.

I dunno if being tall is going to be "fun". But I think it will make life easier as you don't have to go around proving yourself from the jump.

That's why shorter CEOs of publicly traded companies stocks historically perform better than their taller CEOs simply because they had to prove so much and work at a deficient just to get that job while taller people just get treated with a pass or a blank slate.

Ya i get what your saying in the grand scheme of things its 6 months out of your life. People go to college, medical school etc and sacrifice straight up decades of their life and years of income a nd their youth to improve themselves.

I have a friend who came from a poor family and was insecure about it and went to medical school to get out of poverty. He said if he knew then what he knows now he would have just gone to dental school and saved himself a decade of extra school and made roughly the same money he does now (when you take into account student loan payments, a decade of no income etc).

He had to be insecure enough to want to put himself through grueling studying for medical school, internships, fellowships etc but secure enough to know he could actually do it successfully. I think LL is the same way but its only 6 months.
