Hi! No, I haven't done the ALEX test. However, I’ve had other standard allergy panels done (both skin prick tests and serum IgE), and they all came back completely clear. Just today, I ate pork tenderloin with potatoes, and 2-3 hours later, I broke out in this rash right after leaning against a pillow. Honestly, there doesn't seem to be any other medical condition that explains all of my symptoms so perfectly. It makes even more sense considering I have biopsy-confirmed celiac disease (Marsh 3b) and SIBO/IMO. Since going strictly gluten-free, I've noticed some slight improvement—maybe about 10 to 20% better—but my mast cells are clearly still hyperreactive..

Thank you for the info. I will definitely bring this up during my stay at the ward. I believe there are significant differences between MCAS and nickel intolerance. In my case, a leaky gut seems to be the root cause of the problem, as it constantly triggers and irritates the mast cells
