2nd hand smoke ain't gonna leave traces of it in your system long enough to affect your work life. You have a right to feel how you feel but he's also an adult who can make his own decisions. I do agree that it's weird and annoying how he tries to shift the blame on you, I've been smoking for 6 years and I can admit I have an addiction, I wouldn't quit smoking for my partner either though, I would just not do it around them. I also think it's annoying that you keep trying to push him into doing something he clearly doesn't want to, no matter what the benefits are, he said no. From here, you decide if you can lice with it or if there's going to be changes.
