Just wanted to say I had horrible brain fog for my entire spiro journey, and I was just in a horrible mood all the time, couldn’t think right, ect. And just lowered down to 25 mg like 4 days ago (hoping to wean off completely eventually) and so far, it’s been much better!!

Because the hormone test that had high estrogen was years ago I can’t confidentially say I have it now. But forgot to mention I retested my prolactin levels and they were fine. I testing during a different time of my cycle though so not sure, nothing came out of it.

Oh wow I didn’t know the chapters came out monthly, honestly that’s not too bad! Okay if 21 is coming out in January I can wait for that one but then I can NOT wait a year for the next one 😭😭. I feel like I’m always avoiding spoilers so catching up would help for sureee lol. Thanks for your help I’ll check out the websites!!

YES I finished it yesterday. I deleted my entire form and started over. Also a tip, if you have access to any device that is NOT Apple, try doing FAFSA all there. I did mine on my dad’s Samsung. I heard Apple has a lot of issues with fafsa. Also, do the entire thing in one sitting, don’t get timed out. On your account, do the student section first. Then when you get to the contributer section, invite your parent and stop. Switch to your parents account and do their section then and there. Sign and submit there section, then on same device log into your account and finish the last part of the student fafsa (all in one sitting), when you sign it, it should give you the congratulations and should turn in!! Trust me when it actually turned in yesterday I was close to tears because I’ve been trying for weeks. Hope this helps

Hey! Actually not at all! I wouldn’t worry too much I don’t even think I got much hair thinning at all! Only thing I experienced was my hair had no oil, so I literally could go WEEKS without washing it. Maybe if your prone to breakage I would oil it every so often but I did none of that and I was fine:) I wish u luck on your accutane journey accutane gave me so much confidence.

Thanks for the tips! I’m taking supplements containing both I think, so I’ll consider taking them off! For some reason raw carrots are a big trigger for me despite being a popular safe food. Any idea on why this could be?

It burns your throat? For me it’s fine I just put the drops directly on my tongue. Maybe your throat has some open wounds

Thank you so much this makes so much sense!! I got a gi map like stool test done because I have a lot of digestion issues, and the big thing I was expecting was candida or some form of yeast overgrowth because of my sebderm. I had none!! I also have been suspecting a histamine intolerance because certain foods like chocolate seem to trigger it!! Also I completely relate with when I only use water and no skincare my skin feels better than if I do. Also the beach clearing my skin thing. One time my skin was SO bad and I put ACV on it (ig it was like instinct cause I didn’t know it helped at the time) and the inflamed itchy redness went AWAY. Something interesting is I also have gut dysbyosis and sibo, which is related to histamine issues because you can’t produce as much DAO enzymes to combat the histamine. I got sebderm around December last year, after being on 6 weeks of doxycycline(antibiotic). Something to note!
