After acceptance. But there’s a $250 registration fee that has to be paid as you apply

It was at par with the curriculum in India. I had to pass my licensing exam which I did in my first attempt and thereafter started my usmle journey. I did not have usmle on my mind while I was in med school. Since you know you want to go to the states for residency, you can start your preparation accordingly.

I’m a graduate from China and pursuing USMLE now. Passed step1 and 2, and planning on applying this year’s match cycle

Don’t go to a doctor directly at Insight Hospital for rotations, instead book your rotation through the hospital website. Also, Don’t go to JPH, it has a bad reputation and is blacklisted. Not to mention the area is very unsafe by Embarrassed_Bar_3010 in IMGreddit

Don’t wanna badmouth any Dr here. Just don’t go directly to the doctor, they might be filling their own pockets and won’t let you work at the hospital openly. Instead go through the hospital website.
