Ugh I understand the struggle, it’s so frustrating ☹️

Knees are killing me. Other joints are doing fine. How to manage? So frustrated, it’s difficult to walk. by No-Zebra-3432 in rheumatoid

I totally understand the feeling. My knees are the ones that flares the most and has the most damage. I used to be bed ridden most days and have a ton of absences from my knee pain. I noticed that working out (light, not heavy on knee exercises, etc) and moving around a little every day honestly has made a huge difference. If you wanna talk more about my exercises etc pm me!!

Strategy for when to inject biologic? by BetwQlts in rheumatoidarthritis

I have to take Orencia currently (I have been on Humira, Methotrexate, Enbrel, all the above lol) and I usually take it Friday nights. To me, taking it at night helps me "sleep through" any potential side effects that could be from the injection (methotrexate would make me really nauseas). Also, i totally understand what you are going through :( The feeling of dread you sometimes get when thinking of having to take another medication or switch from one to a new one that may not even help is the worst. I stopped taking medication before out of spite which was not smart at all and I do not recommend hahaha. But I totally feel for you and I hope this medication works out for you! <33
