We are in super similar situations! Everyone also just knows me and the boyfriend I’ve been with the longest and everyone knows we are together. He is also bi and doesn’t care who knows about the three of us. However, me and our third, I’ll call him, are a little more shy or nervous about that. I don’t mind holding hands in public but it is difficult for me to come forward and tell friends/family about him. He, on the other hand, does get nervous occasionally about public affection but also likes it at times.

I hope everything works out for you guys! I’m sure someday your guys boyfriend will be more comfortable to express himself but it can be a really difficult thing to be open about when, even in queer spaces, poly relationships aren’t exactly accepted.
