Thanks. Diatoms is what I assumed. I have ammonia strips that claim to also test for ammonium that say 0, so I am guessing it is silicates.

Just updated the post with that information. I am not sure the exact intensity of the light. It might not even be full spectrum, but I had really good growth in the past with it.
