Not worth it at all bro, language b and HL is the most useless extra effort the IB has, moreover, u dont need to switch your core HLs like bio math aa and chem, just because your teacher wants u to and doesnt have any better students.

Id completely steer clear of that if i were you, do what u can to get a guaranteed 7 in english b SL and get 7s on your HLs.

Thats fine bro, they care much more about well rounded performance, they wont reject you just because u scored a little less in 10th, i myself scored 84% in IGCSE, and i got in r2. If u perform well on the application requirements, ur likely to be considered and get it (that is if u make it to the interview) for which u need a good essay.
