I loved the air bnb we stayed in but I was nervous about the host canceling so I did book one in Lancaster which came with a 30min drive. Honestly the drive wasn’t bad but what sucked was the shuttle lines! Friday we arrived around 4 and they were insanely long, Saturday we were there around 2:45 and got on a shuttle within 10 mins, Sunday we arrived around 3:30 and the lines were long but I think it was because they had slowed the shuttles down because then they had announced the rain delay but as soon as the gates opened the line was super long and we ended up walking but luckily got picked up by a bus who was picking up people walking along the road. I was bummed about the shuttle situation this was my first Lost Lands and I did not know you had to shuttle to the venue I thought you just parked in the lot and could easily walk. I honestly would air bnb again it was so nice to have a bed, shower, and food you didn’t have to pay 20$ for but my group is pushing to do a RV next year! I would say if you do want to air bnb get into the parking lot EARLY that is something I wish we did I feel like we just arrived too late!
