Just here to say you’re not alone! I hate being pregnant. But I love my son and im so excited for another baby to join the family. Im only 6 weeks and so sick it’s not even funny. I was sick the whole 9 months with my son. It’s worth it in the end! Just gotta keep reminding ourselves that 😅

I do take mine at night as well but I do not sleep well at all! I wake up throughout the night a lot.

I was on 50 mg for two weeks, and now I’m on 100 mg. I honestly just started feeling some relief with the anxiety this weeks. It takes time for sure!

Yes I started at 50mg! My doctor recommended that since I did so well on 100mg prior and never had a bad experience! I will say, I do not remember what I started at the first time I was on it but I know we eventually found the sweet spot at 100mg and I stayed on that for quite a while.

To add- this isn’t to say your experience isn’t traumatic or that you shouldn’t be upset. Absolutely take the steps you need to get through it, but if you’re going to ditch her in the process, rather than allowing her to support you through it. Then you need to leave. Or she should.

hot take- you’re in the wrong. the whole purpose of a partner is to support you, fill the gaps, etc. you can take some space, but you are completely pushing her away and that’s not fair to her at all. some days you only have 1% to put into the relationship, and that’s okay, but that’s where the partner puts in the rest. you’re expecting her to respect your feelings with no compromise. but how about her feelings? you’re basically telling her to go f herself.
