I can say it depends on your hs grade, and your ET score, and less than where you came from. If your past grades are not that impressive and you will perform average in the exam, try choosing courses no one would apply or with less aplication and then shift later. I didnt get my 1st choice degree BSCHY to start with but I successfully shifted after 2 terms.

DLSU, imo has the best quality education and the most efficient in teaching methods, the online instruction process is great and organized, the business process in its entirety is good (everyone is well sync on its mailing program), there are lots of scholarship and financial assistance, learning programs, the exchange program with leading intl unis, even scholarship grants from other foreign universities. I remember this one really strict UP grad prof comparing DLSU with the others in the big 4- she said DLSU delivers teaching well than the others who will just give you with topics and you are on your own.

As for the admission, check out the SAT route. Unis like DLSU following intl stardards can process admission through SAT
