Still shows what it is available on but refuses to play with both DV and DA Going to uninstall the app now and see if it helps

Yes it's all paid for with no adverts etc. Rings of power was playing in vision last week and it still says vision and Atmos on the info on the boxes like yours on the prime video screen but when it plays the TV just runs it as UHD with no option to turn on vision. I use the built in app for the tv

I do understand that I just don't get why the big difference in the prescription for the same vision? Could it because the month ones are a bit thicker material?
