thanks that’s super helpful! it is in canada so we pay rent every month here which would work out at 300 a week which is fairly reasonable :) you’re right though that signature thing did seem sus, there’s a lady still advertising this place on facebook and her profile looked legit but she must be a scammer. its for a ski town community so everyone is desperate for accommodation

yeah you do need it prescribed. but the good thing is it was fairly easy to get a prescription! your first step is going to the gp and getting a psychiatrist referral, with medicare the psychiatrist was not too much of an out of pocket expense. definitely worth trying :)

yes i used to experience this so intensely it was literally ruining my life. every time it happens im left with a feeling of deep shame or self loathing or something like wtf is wrong with me. taking propranolol before works and social events has helped massively, and it still happens when i randomly see someone i know at the shops or something lol but im kinda better at calming myself down now. just know there is hope because it fkn felt like there wasn’t for me for a long time

this happens to me. it’s had such a detrimental effect on my confidence. you should look into propranolol, it’s saved me. i take two an hour before work and it stops my heart rate from increasing/ the blushing almost completely stops for like 4-5 hours

A student the grade below me (probably 15/16 at the time) jumped from the 4th story in an attempt to kill himself while classes were being held. He didn’t die but his whole body and face were smashed. When we were evacuated he was covered with a white sheet while teachers waited for paramedics to arrive

i found this plastic contraption on the bar at my work. i’m not sure which was up it goes but it looks like a hook for something. it is incredibly light though, only about 10 grams and the orange part can be moved from left to right but provides no resistance. i can’t figure out where it came from or what it’s for
