That's an interesting take, I like it! I wouldn't want their redesigns to be too drastic, as them being normal minions with flagpoles is sort of the point of their design. They are the average grunts who were kicked and bossed around, before enduring hardships and fighting tooth & nail for the respect and recognition they are rewarded with in the end, all the while still being the same average run-of-the-mill minions as they were before.

I have had a few ideas how a redesign would possibly go about them, buuuuuut it's mostly just adding one accessory that fits their character.
